Hidden Belfast is a project to shine a light on the hidden gems across Belfast, from local eateries to sports teams to the best bars and nightclubs and even a few of the best forest parks within the city. Hidden Belfast was created to show how special this city truly is.

 Coming from a family that operates a local business, I understand how important these local businesses are in the makeup of a city. It is these local businesses that make cities unique, nearly everywhere now has all the big international names but the uniqueness to the area comes from the one of a kind businesses and sights. 

 I hope Hidden Belfast presents how wonderful these businesses and areas are. I looked up on different tourist websites, things to do and see in Belfast and immediately thought of the places I’ve been to that I love that weren’t on that list. I want Hidden Belfast to represent these landmarks so that others can go and enjoy these wondrous locations for themselves. To champion the hidden gems within Belfast City and bring to the forefront the one of a kind businesses that the city has to offer.
